What Can I Say?

People talk to people, right?
When they do, there's stuff to be said (okay, not that often. Athe knows I've had more conversations without substance than with).
And when people have stuff to be said, there's different things they can say.

Most of the time,
the other person has something he needs to hear.
You can either say that, or not.
Now, there's also the truth, and a lie.

Now that we have this, we can add to that graph.
Very often, the downside of the graph is what they want to hear.
But if you have to tell something to tell someone, try to place it in this graph.
For example:
The answer to "Does my butt look big in this dress?" is usually answered below the x-axis.
But that doesn't mean it's either what they need or not to hear.
It's what they WANT to hear.
That actually adds a third dimension to the graph (which I can't really insert here, cuz I'm not good enough to make one).
So the graph has 3 axes:
- How much people need to hear what you say
- How much they want to hear it
- How much truth there is in it.

I believe a good friend will tell you what you need to hear, whether it's truth or not, and whether you want to hear or not.
A phoney friend will tell you what you want to hear, no matter what.
A robot will tell you the truth.

Try classifying statements you make, and see what kind of person you are :)

This was a short, and mostly uneventful post.
so here's a picture of a popcorncloudsheep :)
